What development frameworks and languages do you specialize in?
My primary stack is the Microsoft ecosystem: ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API, Blazor), WPF, and MAUI for .NET development. I'm also proficient in Angular for frontend work. On the language side, I work extensively with C#, F#, Python, Java, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. For database work, T-SQL is my bread and butter.
What SQL Server add-ons and tools do you work with?
I work extensively with the full SQL Server toolchain: SSIS for ETL and data integration, SSAS for multidimensional and tabular analysis, SSRS for paginated reporting, SSDT for database project management and schema versioning, and DQS for data quality profiling and cleansing. I also configure Always On Availability Groups for high-availability deployments.
What ETL and data pipeline technologies do you use?
I build data pipelines with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, AWS Glue, and Google Cloud Dataflow. The choice depends on your existing infrastructure, data volume, and orchestration needs. I handle everything from simple nightly batch loads to real-time streaming architectures.
What reporting and analytics tools do you support?
I build reporting solutions with SSRS for paginated/operational reports, Power BI for interactive dashboards and self-service analytics, DevExpress for embedded reporting in .NET applications, and Excel/VBA for automated spreadsheet-based workflows. I also design the underlying data models and aggregation layers.
What EDI standards and protocols do you support?
I implement ANSI X12 (the standard for North American B2B transactions) and EDIFACT (for international trade). For transport, I configure AS2 and AS4 secure messaging. I handle trading partner onboarding, document mapping (850, 856, 810, 997, and more), compliance validation, and ERP integration.
How do you typically structure engagements?
I offer three engagement models: fixed-scope projects with defined milestones and deliverables, time-and-materials for ongoing development and advisory work, and embedded engagements where I work inside your team. Every engagement starts with a discovery phase to align on scope, timeline, and budget.
Do you provide ongoing support after project delivery?
Yes. I offer maintenance and support agreements that include production monitoring, bug fixes, performance optimization, security patching, and feature enhancements. I also provide knowledge transfer sessions, documentation, and runbooks so your internal team can operate independently when needed.
Can you work with our existing systems and vendors?
Absolutely. Most of my projects involve integrating with existing ERP, CRM, and legacy systems. I work alongside your internal teams and other vendors, and I'm comfortable operating within established change management processes, VPN/network constraints, and compliance frameworks.
